Welcome to KubeGrip! We understand the importance of privacy to you and are committed to protecting the security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy aims to explain how KubeGrip handles your data.

This application is developed and operated by Pacman Hu (hereinafter referred to as "we").

1. Personal Information We Do Not Collect

KubeGrip's core design philosophy is to be a pure client-side tool, where you control your own data. We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personally identifiable information or sensitive data to our servers in any form. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Your Kubernetes configuration information (kubeconfig): All cluster connection information you import, including server addresses, certificates, keys, and tokens, are encrypted and stored only in your device's local secure area (e.g., Keychain). We cannot access this information.
• Personally Identifiable Information: We do not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, or any other information that can identify you personally.
• Your operational data in the cluster: Any operations you perform on your Kubernetes cluster through KubeGrip (such as viewing logs, scaling, deleting resources, etc.) only occur between your device and your target server.

2. Non-Personal Information We May Collect

To improve KubeGrip's performance and user experience, we may collect some completely anonymous, non-personal diagnostic data. This includes:

• Application Crash Reports: If the application crashes, the system may automatically collect anonymous crash logs to help us identify and fix problems. These logs do not contain any personal information.
• Performance and Usage Analytics: We may collect anonymous usage data, such as feature usage frequency, application launch times, etc., through Apple's App Analytics service. This information is aggregated and cannot be traced back to specific users, and you can always turn off sharing with developers in your system settings.

3. Use of Data

The sole purpose of any non-personal information we collect is to:

• Analyze and fix errors and crashes in the application.
• Optimize application features and improve the overall user experience.
• Understand how users interact with the application to guide future development directions.

4. Third-Party Services

KubeGrip uses the open-source library swiftkube/client to interact with the Kubernetes API. This library is a client-side tool and does not send any of your data to third parties.

5. Children's Privacy

KubeGrip is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
